What is Ahead-of-Print publication?

Ahead-of-Print (AOP) articles are electronic publications of accepted papers prior to print publication. These articles are considered published and can be cited and quoted using the date of access and the unique DOI number as the reference source.
Any final changes in manuscripts will be made at the time of print publication and will be reflected in the final electronic version of the issue.
